    Good evening to DHL Nigeria, my name is Adedayo Ojediran, my fiancee sent me something from Greece since over three weeks now and she paid d necessary bills in europe which DHL in Greece told her that dey will delivered d parcel to d final destination in nigeria but to my grateste surprised d parcel was not delivered and i tried to call d customer care to report d issue to them but they told me that i have to pay another 140, 000 naira (One Hundred and Forty Thousand naira) and is just phone and cliper which i was surprised. But am begging DHL Nigeria to deliver my parcel to d said address in lagos, address, no 220 akinyele bus stop, ipaja ayoobo, lagos or dey should help me to send d parcel back to greece. Thanks

    I made payment for a transaction and immediately I was debited but, the transaction wasn’t successful yet, haven’t been credited which came up as a result of the bad network two months ago.
    I logged my complaint to my branch but, they aren’t responding positively.
    Pls, I have been on this two months counting now and I need a refund to my savings account.
    I will be glad if my complaint is taking as urgent and ready to give all necessary information to aid the exercise.

Good Day Sir/Ma, I Was Defrauded #25,000 Through two Different First Bank Accounts Claiming To Be Jumia Staff: Jimoh Tijani (Account No. 3150502754) Whom defrauded Me #8,000 & Agbomikehe Jennifer (Account No. 3153573294) Whom Defrauded Me #17,000 Making It #20,000. The Later Claiming To Be The Manager Of The Former. And I Have The Transfer Detail Which I Made To Each of Them On The Transaction Of UK Used Infinix Hot 8 Phone, Before I Later Discovered That They Just Defrauded Me.

    It is sad that my account was fraudulently debited and credited to an account in UBA ,Fidelity and Access Bank ,surprise to me is that i kept writting but no response from the customer care .
    I was debited on 17/6/2020 for N20,000 (Twice that same day)
    I was also debited on 19/6/2020 for N20,000 (Twice that same day)
    I was debited on 26/6/2020 for N40,000 (Debit was done at once but my capacity was N20,000 at once)
    I was debited on 26/6/2020 for N15,000
    The total amount debited from my account fraudulently is N135,000.00

    After going to the branch in Owerri,I wrote in your customer care porter yet no action was taken and reversal was not done to my account

    Kindly assist to treat my complain because i have almost lost confidence in First bank which i love so much.

  6. This is the 18th day going back and front with you guys, it so aggravating that it taking this long for transfer that shouldn’t take more than 24 hours.

    It so unprofessional for a bank to be working in such a slow way.

    At this time, with the bad services so far from you guys, please advice how to move my money and CLOSE down the account.

    1. Seen on 27 October I has dreit on pos,they haven’t returned the money,this is not seriously good,40,000naira.my second account g t bank before 5 good working days,they will give you,your money, while first bank is a don’t do like,that.which so very bad.
