Am very disappointed in FCMB.
I did a letter since last Wednesday till date no reply.
My loan repayment ends on 20/06/2020. I started 20/06/2016 for 48 months only. Now your bank has extended the repayment to November 2020. If I wait for this week and no reply is made to this effect then I will need help somewhere.
I have my agreement printout.
