Hello good evening. I bought an omen 15 system here in Lagos and shortly after it developed a screen issue.. I took it to hp service centre in Ikeja and I later ggot an email that they cannot fix it because the warranty (which was okay) is for USA not for Nigeria! And now they want to charge me to fix an HP system still under warranty because it’s a USA purchased item!
Please this is not right as I cannot be investigating if a product is USA or Nigeria..how do I know?
