Good morning,
I am writing to complain about non delivery of my purchased items that pile up in the your custody with the dispatched rider name Mr. BASIL OMADU and i have been calling him since Monday no and yesterday that he pick his call ,all he could tell me is that he did not pick my items while is still received a sms that he will deliver an items to me.
it should ne noted that today sms has been received again and i called him but no response.
In view of the above, i will appreciate if all my parcel is given to another dispatcher ride for immediate delivery or file a case over above subject matter.
