  3. Oba Friday Ogboarote

    Hello sir,
Am by name Oba Friday Ogboarote, from Edo state,of No. 1 Agho Junction Street by Valid Petroleum Station,Off Ekenwan Road,Benin City,Edo State.
On the 10th of January 2022 my Mother from United States Of American, sent a package to me through UPS. She paid $213 ( 213 dollars) for the delivery of the package containing the following items,
    Brown box that have :
    1. iPhone with complete set , and charger cord ( brand new )
    2. Bluetooth( brand new)
    3. Extra use charger ( use)
    4. Extra charger Brock ( brand new)
These packages were to deliver to me on the 19th day of January,2022.
However, upon the said package arriving in Lagos,a false message was dispatched to me in Edo state informing me that Operatives Office of the federal DSS were investigating my content, and I paid the sum of #110( One hundred and Ten thousand Naira) to resolved the issue in order for me to get the said package. I paid the sum #110. To enable to deliver, Of which my mum has already paid $213 ( 213 dollars) for the shipment to Nigeria…

They gave a false phone number to me for effective Communication for repeated demands of the package that,
    Dear Customer,

Please be informed that your shipment with the subject tracking number is on NDLEA hold for verification.

Kindly call the NDLEA helpline 09034354566 between the hours of 11am – 4pm to speak with the officials.

The shipment will be delivered to you as soon as it is released from the Government Agency hold.

Thanks for your understanding and the choice of UPS.

Also asking me to have them money before it can be released, that failure for me to comply, I wouldn’t get the said package…

    This are my phone number
    08138187547

Please try to re-assist with resolution, to facilitate the release of my package.
    Thanks.
That, was the last texed I got from them on the mail.

  4. I have a terrible experience with UPS. After making payment, no feedback and tracking number for shipment outside Nigeria. UPS wasted three working days without communication. As I type this, refund has not been paid. Very poor customer care service. I believe this only happens in Nigeria.
